 I work creatively and with forensic detail to enable performers, composers, venues and promoters realise their visions for memorable, joyful, dynamic and unique events and internationally significant premieres of new music

I have 25 years experience in large-scale event management from conception through to production. I know that success in live musical performance for the public depends on forensic management of detail whether the concert is intimate chamber music or large-scale outdoors

My skills and track record include grant-writing (numerous successful grant applications to Arts Council and private trusts and foundations), detailed budgeting, liaising and negotiating with promoters and venues, working with venue production staff, marketing, promotion, social media, print design and management, copywriting, proofreading and consultancy for client websites.
